White knit shirt with red sleeves; has a red ribbed knit line. Applique heart on back. Pulls on and has front leg sleeves. Shirt stops little over halfway down back.
Comes with a blue satin ruffle collar. Collar is 3" to 6" wide depending on size and gather is about 3x's the neck measurements for that perfect puff gather. Collar ties to pup's neck with a ribbon that collar gathers on.
